download a software called as KGB Archiver.
After downloading and installing the software do as said in these steps
Step1: Start the KGB Archiver Program and click next.
Step2: select and add the files you want to compress.
Step 3 : Now select the compression level.
The more the compression level is the lesser will be the size of the archive and higher the compression time will be.
Step 4: Just click next and start compressing.
