- First step is to make sure your Smartphone and PC are connected to the same WIFI connection network
- Next step is to install IP Webcam app on your Smartphone from here
- After installing IP Webcam app, open it and scroll down to the bottom of it
- Now you have to click on "Start Server" and will open the camera
- Then on your Smartphone screen you can observe an URL at the bottom of the page
- You have to enter the same URL from mobile onto your PC browser and click on enter
- Next step is to select Browser under Video Render and HTML5 Wav from Audio player
- So now your Webcam will start working perfectly suing Android phone camera
- In order to record click on Red recording button and stop is present on top right of app
